Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period, so you keep full access until then.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are charged as a single payment upfront, saving you ~17% compared to monthly billing. Your subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled beforehand.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you exceed your new plan's limits (e.g. more than 3 projects on Starter), existing items become read-only until you're within the limit again or upgrade.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period — you keep access until then and won't be charged again. Your account reverts to the Starter plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We never store your card details — all payment information is handled securely by Stripe.
